20009-10 GOALS

The Rotary Club of Green Bay is effectively focused on achieving many goals annually – and over the next three years. These include:

Goal #1: Expand Membership

  • Increase membership in our Club by attracting “quality” members – those willing to exemplify Rotary’s Guiding Principles
  • Achieve longevity and sustainability for our Club by increasing membership of those aged 40 and under.
  • Provide orientation and mentoring for Club members to achieve fellowship and engagement.
  • Form “teams” of Rotarians to achieve fellowship, while participating in service projects more often and more efficiently with members’ time.

Goal #2: Maintain Growth of Service Programs

  • Continue a club-wide local project focused on Poverty & Hunger. This will be a sustainable project for our Club to do annually to help our communities.
  • Continue to support the Men’s Closet.
  • Support PolioPlus and help eradicate Polio in the world.
  • Complete our international project and the collaboration with other international clubs and Rotarians.
  • Continue with other service projects related to Salvation Army bell ringing, Group Study Exchange (GSE), Rotary Youth Exchange (RYE), and others.

Goal #3: Continual Development of a Strong Community Image

  • Continue with public relations and community awareness efforts
  • Hold our annual Free Enterprise Award event.
  • Increase visitors to website by continual develop of content and optimization

Goal #4: Education and Growth of Members

Goal #5: Future Vision Goals for the Club
